6.1. All inquiries regarding refunds and complaints should be sent electronically to: hello@tindermaxxing.ai.
6.2. The complaint should include the order number and a description of the objections regarding the performed Service.
6.3. The Service Provider considers complaints within 14 days. If the complaint is deemed justified, the Service Provider may improve the Service or issue a full or partial refund to the account from which the payment was made.
6.4. Refunds in justified cases are processed using the same method used by the Client for payment (e.g., refund to a payment card or bank account).
